Timeshare Terms 

Following information subject to change

4 weeks of use per year included. There will be a yearly maintenance fee. This fee will cover insurance, all maintenance and repair, storage, cleaning, wash and wax, preparation for use, winterization. Towing a vehicle will be permitted. You may purchase multiple shares. Delivery will be available for an extra charge. You do not have to live in our area.  At the end of the 2 year period, the RV will be sold and money will be divided equally minus a 7% sales fee. Owners will have the option to buy into a new unit or cash out. All money received for shares sold will be placed in an escrow account until the new unit is purchased. If all shares are not sold, purchasing a unit is at the discretion of Wilson's RV Rental Inc.  If a unit is not purchased all monies will be refunded.  Timeshare buyers are provided with a contract.  Contracts must be signed and accepted.  Please contact us with any questions or to be placed on a contact list. Your name will be placed in order of contact with us and you will be contacted in the order of placement on the list for buy in and reservations.
