We require a completed rental application be submitted before a reservation can be confirmed

3 night minimum for all rentals

Weekend rentals are Friday afternoon thru Sunday night. (NO Exceptions)

RV pick up time by appointment

Return time before 11:00 A.M. Remember, other people may be waiting for the vehicle. Call ahead or ask for special pick up or return times. Lessor will be charged $25 per hour for a vehicle returned late and 1 ½ the daily rate for each day the vehicle is late.

Security deposit: Required on all rv rentals. A minimum of $500 at time of reservation or a credit card pre- authorized for $500 may be accepted at time of reservation. Deposit will be refunded within 10 days AFTER motorhome is cleaned and checked in. (Not upon return) Deductions from deposit may occur if there is damage or motorhome is not cleaned to our satisfaction. 

There is a 90 day notice required to cancel your reservation. See Cancellation Policy for details.

* Cleaning: Rental is to be returned in the same condition as it left. This means clean inside and outside. As long as the motorhome is cleaned by lessor, or Express Drop Off Package is purchased, there will be no charge for cleaning. Our normal cleaning charge is $100, however we charge an additional $100 per hour for anything considered not normal by our cleaning crew. (Spots, spills, stains, decals, pet hair, smoke damage, odors, mud, tar, etc..)

* Gasoline and propane tanks are full when rv rental unit  is released. If they are not full upon return there will be a service charge of $25 to fill the tank plus the cost of fuel at market price. A service charge of $30 will also be levied to refill the propane tank.

* A dumping fee of $30 will be charged if the holding tanks are not emptied before return.

All fees are payable by cash, certified check, or major credit card. Personal checks may be accepted if received at least 4 weeks prior to departure. Full payment with estimated mileage is due at departure. This includes rental fee, security deposit, estimated mileage charges and any options. Fees are subject to an Ohio use tax

If any break down occurs, we require that you call prior to repairing it. You must get authorization and present receipts upon return, or you will not be reimbursed. Please keep in mind: We are repair experts and will be able to aid you with any problem in any situation. We expect you to call with any problems or questions no matter how simple they may seem.

 We reserve the right to refuse any applicant.

*Some items listed as extra may be included with the Express Drop Off Package.

Express Drop Off Package is available with all rentals. Cost $169.

Normal wash job outside

Propane refill upon return

Holding tank service upon return

Race Package available for Mid Ohio Sports Car Course & Mansfield Motorsports Speedway. Cost $219.

You will be charged the dollar amount for gasoline to refill the tank when the unit is returned to our site.
